Fished a bunch last week and was able to get something for the table. Pineapple salsa with blackened sheepshead. Little to much heat for me on the seasoning but the Sriracha/yogurt/sweet chili sauce cut it down some.
Second night was a crabmeat and roasted corn and pepper topping
