Planning on taking the day off on Friday to hopefully add another species to my catch list. I have never caught a sheepshead but also have never tried to target them. I plan on picking up some fiddlers in the morning for bait. Any suggestions on rigs, type and size hook to use, and techniques? I will post a report after the trip. Thanks.
Any good banks to pick up fiddlers around Remleys?

Do a search of this forum for sheepshead. There was a long thread about all your questions not too long ago.
Carolina rig: short leader 8-10" lightest weight you can get. A 1/0 owner mosquito hook or #1. Just buy the fiddlers, most definitely worth it.

Been told to fish around pilings and particular the downstream side. Also, scrape barnacles on pilings.
