Aspergillus mold will ruin a load of peanuts or corn, wouldn't hurt to test the aflatoxin level, which is produced by Aspergillus. The deer will be ok, bad news for turkeys, as they are extremely sensitive to aflatoxin poisoning.

I noticed the damage also. You don’t need food quality grain to feed the deer. Most of the places we sell to would reject it for the chickens.Looks like it may have been dry weather or cut wet. Hard to tell.
