Standing for something can be done without all that.
But I find it intriguing that now that Dabo did this…Cussing and screaming on national TV is the now the poster for “integrity”.
This is not the first time He has been mentioned for his “outburst”…but then again, I know if Muschamp did this, CU fans would be calling him classless…

You do realize your coach is nicknamed Boom for a reason…
This has nothing to do with Boom. NO ONE said anything about integrity and Boom…well except you

Actually, it was about whether Clemson should have put the second string in, not about cussing and screaming, so there’s that.
Now, since you have gone to the cussing and screaming thing, which Boom does, I’d say it does have something to do with him.
Weren’t you the one who used to cry when someone got off topic?
Fair enough. but my reply was to Polly boys integrity comment.

Oversell what?
Clemson has a top 11 toughest strength of schedule on every major site.
#11 on ESPN and Sargin
6 on CFB Team Rankings
Kent
Louisville
BC
Wake
Syracuse
GT
FSU
Citadel
Each of those teams have worse records than USC.
We’ve already established that your 8-4 record is BS. Everyone knows it, at least here in Columbia they do.
“Wailord”
1979 17’ Montauk
90 Johnson
Wilderness Ride 115
I didnt say USC’s schedule was hard.

But if they played the same schedule USCjr did, they would have a better record, with the exception of Kent and the Citadel and maybe the Cuse.

Ifs and buts…
I don’t have a dog in this fight because I could give a cr@p about either team but you probably shouldn’t counter facts with speculation.
Bottom line, you are what your record says you are. Clemson is a 1 loss team that, barring another upset (having already been upset by Syracuse) when they play Miami in the ACC title game, will be a participant in its third straight college football playoff and very relvant on the national stage. USC is a 4 loss team that has shown improvement over previous seasons and was, for a fleeting moment, in the discussion as a contender for the SEC East title but has yet to put it all together and gain national stage relevance. They (USC) have some talent but lack the depth of talent, especially when it comes to “play makers,” schools like Clemson, Alabama or Ohio State have.
Both schools fan’s should be proud of where their respective teams are but to make comparisons between them, at this point, is laughable and is only relevant as it pertains to their irrelevant “rivalry.”
God bless the “ignore” function.

Who anointed you as the moderator? This is trash talk, not common sense. Five years ago you would have been flamed off of this forum, but all those spineless worm tuggers have gone into hiding. I really miss them, though…

I don’t believe anyone did any kind of anointing. I just figured I’d play along with the rest of the pointless squabbling over a meaningless game. Sorry, over the State Championship game. I’m afraid I’m not hip to your Internet forum lingo so your “flamed off” comment is lost on me. I think I get the gist of it but I’m not certain. Either way, I’m sure it was unimpressive.
And for the record, trash talk is made even more effective if it possesses some facts, truths and commonsense. But hey, if the old reliable “I know you are but what am I” and the tried and true “I’m rubber you’re glue” approaches are all you have, you gotta dance with the one that brung ya. Dance on, Fred Astaire.
God bless the “ignore” function.
quote:Coming into the game they were the 3rd least penalized team in the country. Good thing Clemson brought their officials with them. Multiple missed calls on the Tigers from what I can tell. They could have at least called a fair game, Clemson would have still won I think.

Wow, I need to read the definition of “integrity” again. I don’t remember it saying anything about b!tch out the referee like little cry baby…
So do you think the player that hit the opposing team after the play to protect his team is showing integrity? Give me a break. If Muschamp had done the same thing yall would call him classless.
Get a grip, your coach showed his a$$ on national TV and lost his composure…that is not “integrity”
And y’all keep on signing up those ju-co players ,really goes a long way with the " integrity " of the team.
Wait till next year baitr, the big 5 will be looming in the headlights.
After being released, a lot of
Winners make history. Losers make excuses.

Take off your Orange colored glasses and research up to renfrow 2nd half touchdown.
After being released, a lot of fish die, but a lot of them live also.
My favorite is the photo of Bentley being tackled on side of the line but the ball being spotted 2yds back.
This is the 2nd half kickoff, block in the back that setup a big return and then Renfrow to the house was the first play, who knows he may have scored from 85 yards had the penalty been called.

The 2nd pictures show the QB upright.
