Shout out to Sellsfish!!

Me and a buddy went into Sellsfish in Summerville earlier this week. My buddy was going in to pick up some royal reds. While we were in there, we both saw two big and beautiful fillets of golden tile fish. Long story short, we walked out of there with 3lbs of royal reds and 4.5lbs of golden tile fish fillets. The quality of the fish and the customer service were second to none and the prices were great. I cooked up the tilf fish that night and it was INCREDIBLE. Seasoned with S&P, VERY lightly dusted with seasoned flour, sauted in a pan until GB&D (about two minutes per side) and then finished in the oven (pre-heated at 400 degrees) for 4 minutes. DELICIOUS!!! Anyway, big shout out to the guys at Sellsfish!! I will gladly make that drive from Columbia to pay them a visit again.

Yep, Sellsfish has a great reputation in the Charleston business community, he is a living legend in those circles. I dont know how many times Ive heard someone sing his praises. And he is one of the top fisherman in the State of SC, holding SC saltwater fishing records.

Go next door and get a veggie sub and put it on it. Can’t think of one negative thing to say about Paul’s establishment. Great to see a local do good.

Location??? Summerville in the same strip center as the Tractor Supply… sellsfish is one ‘(**() yankee’ that got the southern thing figured out.
