i grilled green pepper, green onion, bananna pepper, and red onion
grilled the lobster and shrimp
put everything together plus a bunch of cheese between 2 tortillas and put in a paninni pan
had a sauce with sour cream, lime juice, some spices, and green onion tops to spread on them after they were done
of course there was much more to it than this, but suffice to say, they were out of control

what kind of cheese did you use…kind of important detail to leave out…the cheese brings it all together.
