bacon(4 slices)
2 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
1 small bell pepper(optional)
1 small sweet onion(optional)
mushroom slices(optional)
3 cups cooked rice
worestershire and soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste.
fry bacon crisp…remove from pan…saute vegetables and shrimp in bacon drippings( can leave out the bacon and use butter/marg. instead)…add in the rice, crumbled bacon,a dash of worch. sauce and soy sauce to taste…rice should be a light brown) and fry about 5 minutes or until warm and coated well…you can also add in veggies,a egg, or sesame seeds
