Just a quick poll… What length poles do you use? I am close to purchasing a set and not sure how long they need to be.
Longer the better…Never heard anyone says their pole is too long!
Mine are 18’ Looks pretty stupid when you’re in 6’ of water but sometimes I’m shrimping in 12-13’. I would try to get at least 16’.

It’s hard to throw a net over a long pole and poke a hole in it! Long as you can use without the current wipping them to death! also easier to see.
