Trying to figure out what to stuff some sheepshead filets with that are pretty thick.
Was thinking of chopped shrimp with some green onions and cream cheese with a little paprika? Usually don’t stuff my fish but wantin to try something different.
Any other ideas to mix with the shrimp to make a stuffing?

Russ, that sounds (**() good! I’ve got a pot luck coming up and am thinkign about doing some Jalapenos stuffed with garlic cream cheese, a little smokey, green onion, wrapped in bacon and smoked till crispy. I might have to substitue the green onion/shrimp/cream cheese mixture!
made some blackened shrimp poppers the other night.
food processed some cream cheese, sour cream, blackend shrimp, celery, green onion, shredded cheddar, and folded crumbled bacon into the mix…came out well and could also work as a dip with some tweaking.
Russy keep us updated on your stuffed sheeps. sounds good.
