Same here. Upper upper uppser wando. Threw on mullet caught tiny shrimp.

Yes, I caught quite a few last week in the cast net. It was in the upper Wando as well. However, most were really small.
caught about 4 dozen in half a dozen throws yesterday. no jumbos but good bait size shrimp
Saw some 4" brownies on the mud flats yesterday off the harbor…mini-hadens were think off of plum island and the mdium menhaden were out in front of the battery
the couple shrimp we caught when pitching for mullet were about 4-5 in jumbo caught in the cooper, find em in mass and you’ll get the big ones
