Was at the Garris (Moores) landing this morning, talked to a couple of the folks there as I was putting in to get some oysters, they said folks were tearing them up in Bulls Bay the last couple days. Parking lot was overflowing. Good luck

We were there last Sunday, lot was overflowing. There were very few boats in the bay itself. DNR guy said they were probably on Bull Island, bow hunting season had just started there.
we were there saturday. buck hall was full but there were very few that had any shrimp at all. we caught a total of 18 and i have been shrimping in that bay for almost 20 years. i know the bay and how to shrimp it. they are out in the ocean. i do hope that who ever goes this week can salvage a cooler or so. good luck.
Rumors…from what “I hear”. Most of the shrimp this year are being bought at the docks…and I’ll most likely be doing the same.
Well…there’s always next year…and as much as it hurts to spend money and get no shrimp…spending time with friends is always a bonus.
