Coming down to Charleston to do a little fishing and shrimping. Wanted to know how the shrimping doing so far in the harbor around Crab Bank and the York.
From a what ive done in bulls bay and st helena its been slow. Numbers are getting better but size is still mixed towards smaller side. What i hear the harbor has been the same. Hopefuly we dont get anymore deluges this season.
If it fly’s, floats, or, friggs, rent it!
Most reports are bad best to do bulls bay t night.nice run up there from IOP
Hasn’t been good for me man. Neither BB or the harbor. I’d set low expectations and maybe you’ll be pleasantly surprised. Good luck.
It might be a good weekend to sit in a tree stand instead.

Be careful running up that way. I hadn’t been up above IOP in quite some time until this past weekend. There’s a piling laid over in the channel just as you pass the creek out to Dewees Inlet that I don’t think would’ve been visible at high tide. I want to say it was between markers 108 and 106. Maybe somebody who is up that way more frequently can weigh in and/or correct me on that.
I noticed a big tree/stump sticking out at low tide in the channel around the area you talking about
