The Capt’s been sick fighting a cold along with the other unpleasant side effects for a while so we’ve been beached as she tries to recover. Took the opportunity today to clean up the rig and add a couple rod holder improvements to it. One of the guys at LHM caught a 20 pounder yesterday with a Fluke just off of Salem Point in two feet of water. Reportedly the fish were only interested in lively presentations and downrods just weren’t working. Hope the Capt gets well soon so we can get back on the water.
Sorry to hear she’s feeling so bad. I know she’s gotta be feeling pretty bad if she’s not up to going fishing. Hope she gets well soon and you guys are able to get back out there.

Thanks, Tim. Even though only one has been sick, we’ve both been suffering. Hate to be wasting this beautiful weather and believe that one can find some nice fish around all the small ones, if one does the right thing.
