I saw that on FB the other night. That thing is crazy. Officials took an anchor on a 750 foot cable and couldn’t touch the bottom.
What is crazier is people willing to stand that close and drop an anchor!!!
They’re in a boat… which is still terrifying to me. That thing is from a rupturing dome of a salt mine that’s like a mile down so no telling how deep it actually is.

they did that while drilling in the 80’s. swallowed a whole lake, barges and all.
