skeg repair

I have a Yamaha 2 stroke 25 hp motor that has a broken skeg. The skeg is broken almost even with the blade of the prop. I have looked at the aftermarket skeg-guard thingys, and they don’t offer one for anything under 40hp.

Anyone have any recommendations on who could weld / repair the one I have? Any other thoughts?

I am in Hartsville and spend a good bit of time near Georgetown. I could get it Cola, Georgetown, etc. if needed.
