I took the Tarpon out on Lake Murray today hoping for some striper action. The roar of some of the boats was deafening. There was some jerk on a jetski doing doughnuts in the “No Wake” zone at a boat landing. Other boaters were respectful and courteous. Even the other jetskiers gave me wide berth. No fish, but it was a great workout, probably three hours of paddling. I hope some of you guys caught some today and are willing to share some stories. I would at least like to hear about someone catching something!
