I like it a lot. My only complaint is that it currently does not allow blue tooth dialing (but it does have Google Voice Dialing - some folks swear by it) and it’s tough on batteries - keep a charger handy.
During our recent Maine Lobster Run, The Warden (my wife) stayed on the internet almost the whole way up and down with it and found gas, food and things to do on the phone. I did a lot of facebook photo posting using the Droid.
Look for the Droid X - it’s got a bigger screen. You can’t go wrong with either phone - if the X is as good or better than the Droid, you will not be disappointed.
