Caught and released 13 Trout today with grubs. Cold water, bluebird sky, and high pressure, makes for a difficult Trout day.

Nice to hear it was not just me. Caught exactly 13 as well, would not touch the top water this am. Caught all of ours on grubs and a couple on a Mirro-lure 52m. Could not find any real concentrations of fish ones and twos and moved around quite a bit. Real light bite as well barely tapping it.
Good information on the pressure. I went for a couple quick dock trips at sunset last night and sunrise this morning. Trout last night were semi agressive on trout tricks even after dark. They liked to bite and hold on but not get hooked. Sunrise today no trout at all, but pulled 1 overslot on a zara spook and 2 lower slots on a trout trick. Hope the good fishing continues.

That’s a fine looking trout. I’d take’em like that all day long.
I love the way this site comforts some times! The bite was similar for us, also, including a few “holds”. Our best luck came with gulp shrimp with glow tail on about a 12’ drop. Caught them every cast for a bit, then they moved on and back to spotty.
We wound up with 15-20. Points and pockets in the grass seemed to hold the most promise.

found the bite to be very good from 1-4pm today. 3 fisherman bite nearly every cast, well over 100 fish brought to the boat. The best part of the day was not seeing another boat nearby.
