My buddy had me come over and throw out a Christmas spread for his employees, turned out to be a pretty good night so I thought I’d give her a post.He busted out some top shelf liquor and smoked meat. I didnt get too fancy as he told me he wanted simple food, so I obliged. We served up some apps consisting of crispy vegetable spring rolls with Thai chili sauce, peel and eat fresh local shrimp and jumbo lump crab cakes with siracha lime aioli. For dinner I put out pulled pork, baby back ribs, collards, potato and cheddar casserole, cowboy beans with pulled smoked neck bone meat and onions, fresh green beans with toasted almonds and garlic chips, cucumber salad with fetta and dill, buttermilk biscuits with mountain honey. For dessert they had chocolate, coconut and red velvet cake. All in all wonderful people, good food and a great time. Didnt get but a few pics before I left the house because I was busy working alone.
You guys nailed it. Great pics and thanks for sharing you feast. Pictures are a close second to being there
