The Ribs and Chicken sure look like they came out perfect. It’s a good thing I have already had lunch today.

You don’t know my phone number, you probably don’t know my name. But my God man, you could have sent me a PM and invited me over!

Sheesh.

What’s the chicken bouillion pack for?

Food looks great. What’s your squash casserole recipe? My wife makes hers with sour cream in it, yours looks delicious.

You smoked your okra? Never thought of doing that.

That is one serious smoker you got there. I’m jealous of you over that cooking cabinet. I use a Weber Smokey Mountain myself.

I used it in the bbq sauce. I usually will boil a couple ribs to get a stock but didnt have time to do that this time.
Squash ingredients are in the picture, I don’t have any measurement, just add stuff til it looks right.
Okra is excellent smoked. I like to coat it wth olive oil and sprinkle some Crazy Janes on it and throw it in the smoker, it’s (**() good!

I like it alot. Cooked on a New Braunsfel vertical smoker for 15 years. This one holds alot more food and keeps constant temp. Only use about 7-8 lbsof charcoal on a 8 hour burn.
