I am heading out saturday and was wondering how muddy the water was and how far down I will have to go to find fishable water. I have an all day and night pass and plan on putting in some hours. I was hoping to fish the upper lake but I imagine it is very muddy.
the water is fine.

man sharky; that is rough on the steely man. jeremy and i are heading up in the morning to fish the little river. will let you guys know how it is. hope that there is not too much trash coming in. probably muddy up the river; may have to start around the power lines or even in cloud’s creek.
I may be from “up there”, but at least I had the sense to move south. I laugh every time I hear my dad b*&%#ing about 0* and shoveling snow while I am out on the lake fishing.
tom we just had afriend move from indiana to charleston last week.he gave his snow stuff away before he left.
A little cloudy Thurs, fine today off my dock Lex side lower lake.
well coolbreeze, where is the report
the report is rat here!10am . we put in at little river landing. went to the powerlines. too windy so i suggested a couple of coves that i know to get out of the wind. ended up with 27 nice crappie. went up the river and jeremy caught two over 1-1/2# (weighed them at home). good day;hard fishing the wind; going back tommorrow;taking a good friend from georgia with us;going sunday also.
the water is rather dingy and stained so just match your jig heads and skirts to the water. also caught some on hook and tuffies.
