First is the Daiwa Sealine 400H reel (their version of a 6/0 high speed senator). Mechanically a 9 out of 10. Cosmetically a 7 out of 10. No corrosion or anything that won’t clean up if you care about the looks.
The rod the Daiwa is on is from boaters world I believe but says on it that it’s a Penn blank. Has a roller tip and stripper guide and the rest are standard guides. Rod has an aluminum seat and gimbal and I give it a 6 out of 10 looks wise but an 8 out of 10 mechanically. I haven’t taken everything apart and serviced it. If I did all that to the rod and reel everything would be an 8 or 9 out of 10 and I’d be asking for more money simply from having taken the time to clean and shine it up.
Reel is full of 40lb clear mono that’s a year old. 3 or 4 trips on the mono.

Penn 113HN Baja Specials are on Star Aerial 7ft rods. I have 4 of these spooled with 300yds of 80lb spectra braid that I use to bottom fish. They work well for jigging, pitching bait to dolphin, trolling nearshore, and whatever bottom fishing you want to do. I believe I will sell 2 of these combos. The reels are in 8.5 out of 10 condition and the rods are in 7 out of 10 condition just because of scratches and gimbal wear.
