I like that rack, i have a smaller, similar one which is higher up and doesnt have multiple angles. I like how that one lowers the rod holders to lower overall clearance and protect the rods a little more… Looks like it may cut into your bed space more than mine though. May not notice if you have a long bed, but mine is short. Good luck with sale! I use mine all the time. Sure beats getting the snot beat out of your rods in the bed swirling around with all the dirt and sand down there. Just have to watch the clearance… Havent snapped one yet, knock on wood 
The 4 with more angle limited how high it could be mounted. It’s as high as I could get it. Worked out much better than laying my rods in the bed of my crewmax when we kept the boat at dry stack. Luckily I’ve never had an issue with fitting something under there.
