you think some elbow grease and scouring pads could buff that out? is it stain or rust? I know stainless don’t rust, unless you clean it with a carbon brush…

It would clean up. Mostly paint what you see. Would make a decent deer or fish cleaninh table. Has two holes and a shallow/dented spot.
