How accurate are these calendars? I look at them here at CF when I check tides and notice that each day is rated average, good, best, better, etc. Am I wasting my time fishing when it is just an average day? How much stock do you experts put in these calendars?
I’ve learned weather plays a much bigger role than the solunar calendar. but I have had some great days when both solunar and weather were ideal.
DF, also watch the tide flow-height, you’ll have one that is higher/lower than the same tide ‘next’ tide. Look carefully at the height of both sets of tides, I typically like the tides where the water moves more…
