Fished the cooper and managed 2 flounder and one trout all on jig/grub.took a snap shot of sounder any idea what all this is was that we didn’t catch? There was no bait around all day, fished high tide.

Looks like fish to me. “No bait around” could mean you didn’t see them…that to me means they went deep or atleast not on the surface. If you caught a flounder and trout then the bait was there. It could be mullet, whiting, croakers…anything. Not sure if you used shrimp…if so the croakers would have bothered you all day.
Further to that thought. I barely saw bait today but threw a cast net and caught plenty of mullet and some shrimp. Next time when you want to see what’s on the sounder…throw a cast net…they don’t lie!
