Our windows could use a refresh in the house and we are considering sound proof install. Mainly to block out the neighbors dogs. Noticed that glass guru can just replace existing glass with sound proof windows. Anybody have any experience with this or other services?
Never heard of such a thing, but sounds pretty cool. I could use that on one side of my house.

I think what they mean is replaceing the sashes in you existing frames. Take out your old sashes and install new ones with new slides and hardware. Leave alone interior and exterior trim.
