SOUTH OF 226 3-13-08

Fished the maiden voyage on a buddy of mine’s new boat. Lines in at 7:45 about 8 miles ssw of the 226 in about 250’. Found a 5 degree break (69-74) ended the day with 20 dolphin. 4 or 5 pushed 15lbs the rest were under 10. Water was flat calm and the weather was great. The only complaint about the new boat was the top to the fish box kept coming off…I guess thats not reaaly a bad problem to have.

thanks boys it was fun!

nice work i know of a report that may surface here today from the same area of a nice catch of wahoos and dolphin as well.

Nice work. I had been looking at that break down there for a couple of days and was wondering if anyone was out there fishing it. Also, you mean WSW, correct?

Great news and good report…

Glad to see that the mahi are moving in. Wish the weather would cooperate with my work schedule.
