Southern Sleigh Ride

Come join us as we try to catch Cobia or Sharks from our kayaks on the Broad River, off of Parris Island. About a dozen kayak anglers from all over the Southeast are coming down for what has been labelled the Southern Sleigh Ride.

We will be meeting on Saturday Morning, 15 April 2006 around 0800 at Parris Island. If interested, let me know, to arrange access.

If you should hear reports about a Kayak seen moving fast off the coast of Savannah, you will know that one of us has hooked up! :sunglasses:

I sure wish I could join you guys for that one. I’ll be in the office finishing up tax season. You ought to do another one sometime and I’d love to participate.

I am going to meet everyone at the landing on PI. It is 1/3 out of my way to go to the driftwood first. I will leave that for X_Fishn…

Windy and wet… 2 foot swells with occasional whitecaps…:frowning_face:

Generally a total SKUNK :roll_eyes:…Except for the two small whiting and a stingray that I caught with my light rod. :wink:

Still a great time, and looking forward to doing so again… soon. :sunglasses:
