Are there spade fish at the charleston jetties? Seems like a good spot for them. If not, any advice on where to find them? Is it more of an offshore reef fish? Thanks.

You can't catch fish on a dry line

I saw Spades at the jetties two years ago up at the top. It was probably in August when the water was real warm. I’ve never targeted them there so Idk if they may be there more often.
