what were you pulling?
1996 21’ TROPHY
1996 150 MARINER
We were pulling some Makerel rigs with clark spoons attached. We slow trolled about 5.5 mph and picked them off one at a time. On a side note I marked an uncharted wreck below where we were killin them. Looks old and big. I intend to drop bottom on it soon to see whats livin there!

Nice spanish and blues, but I’d be a whole lot more excited about finding the wreck.

How do you prepare your blues and spanish? I’ve heard you need to bleed them first, is this true??
thanks
I just filet them. Then I batter and fry em up! We had a feast and they were all great.
