Spanish derby was a great time. Please keep it in mind to fish next year. It is a cheap way to have a really good time. It was great to see some of you out there. No one caught an elusive Kingfish except Andy Justice and he didn’t make it back in time to the weigh in. That makes two tournaments I have fished in this year and not even 1 king fish gets weighed. Anyway Here is our crew at the weigh in.

Ohh we placed fourth overall and got 2nd in the aggregate it was a fun day.
we had a great time also! fished it every year so far and planning already for next year! well at least my grandson is.

We felt sorry for what would have been the biggest fish of the tournament and let him go next to the boat.
Tideline he is an awesome kid!!! He was so pumped up to be there it was great to talk to him. Pawayne did you fish with Broach and Englis?

Not sure of the total number of fish brought in but there were a good many spanish but only “Fishful Thinking” really had a good solid catch.
Pa Wayne we fished beside you all day we struggled too. We only caught 3 and lost a big one beside the boat.
What was the Biggest caught?
I was with Pa Wayne and E too…slow day after we lost the big one…

5.11 lbs was the largest. my boat got second with a 3.60. dont know was the aggerate but it was around 10 lbs for 3 fish.
