spark plug torque (lbs) for 60 yamaha

So I just dropped spome cash on a torque wrench so I can change my plugs without being worried i’ll screw it up! My question is what is the correct amount in lb of pressure I need to dial the wrench in at? It is a 60 hourse Yamaha 2 stroke. It is a late 90’s engine but I am still having a devil of a time figuring out which year because the little sticker that is supposed to have a code on it is worn off? any thoughts on that? thanks for everyones help

My 70 hp 2 stroke Yamaha calls for 18.4 ft/lbs or 25.0 Nm.
