Well first I wouldnt were them on the boat or anywhere else they might get dirty. Since you have, put them on your yeti cooler and brush them gently. Id throw mine on the washing machine.

Then you are cool enough to wear them dirty.

Get you a can of shoe cleaner with the brush on top of it and follow directions.

Yup…

1
Let the shoes dry completely. Let whatever dirt that may be on them dry so that you don’t smear it across the shoe when removing it.

2
Brush the shoe with a soft-bristled brush to remove all of the surface dirt and debris.

3
Rub a pencil eraser over scuff or dye marks.

4
Mix one part white vinegar and one part water if stains are still visible.

5
Blot the solution onto any stains on the shoe. The mixture is particularly useful in removing salt and water stains.

6
Dip a cloth in water and then in baking soda. Rub the wet baking soda over any remaining stains until they are gone.

7
Wipe the baking soda off with a clean, water-dampened cloth.

8
Let the shoes air dry in a cool place. Never place them in direct sunlight or on a radiator as this will cause them to shrink and the leather will dry out and wrinkle.

I take the soles out and throw both the shoes and the soles in the washing machine then let them air dry. I do that after every offshore trip because I’m a sweaty foot guy.

Works fine but I like Pennys advice too just a little more involved.
