what scotty rodholder is best for a front mount for my pamlico 100?
also,how many lb anchor do i need?i have 3 different home-made ones,1 a little heavier than the next,starting at 3lbs or so.

Willy, we carry the Spinning/Baitcast holder. It is not the big one, might be the medium sized. It is the one I always use, and it works great with spinners. Sells for about $25.

I use the scotty fly rod holers for my spinning gear and it works better I think because if you’re trollin, it puts the line down the right side of the rod better. I use a 5# sand anchor and have no problems.
Thats why they call it fishing, not catching
well,sold the yak to another guy on here.i have my canoe rigged for just about anything.i have 2 anchors,rod holders,etc.thanks for the info though.whats a sand anchor?
