Splitbill

Forgot to post last Saturdays trip, 2-3 on Sails,2-BFT,2-peanut Dolphin.

Yesterday 3-3 on Sails, 2-peanut dolphin, Wahoo bit throughh 60-lb leader. Seas were 3-5 SW wind 10-15 gusting to 20 at times, fishable but not real comfortable.

Game Day only other boat in ocean, they went 2-2 on Sails and 2-Wahoo.

still curious what caused this.

congrats on the sailfish, hard work for a couple bites yesterday.

What wahoo?

Good job, Charlie. Sounds like a few fish may be still hanging around.

darn there fella! yous guys were really on to it. what kind of baits were you pulling? any tips for a beginner here would be greatly appreciated

Nice work Charlie…
Brad said 60 on the hoo. From the looks of it, that would be the scale at Ripley.

If you got time to lean, you got time to clean.

This is a little better picture. This was her first fish offshore. We went 2 for 4 on sails 2 wahoo 55# and 35#. We fished next to the Splitbill most of the day. We had a few small dolphin and tuna mixed in.
