Anyone catching any spot yet? Pier? inlet?
We’ve done well on the pier but have had our best luck in Murrells Inlet. Anyone ever fish Winyah bay for spot?
Fished Murrells Inlet yesterday. The spot were not there. We caught 12 but were hoping for 150. Hopefully try again soon. We noticed a lot of boats lined up on the outside of the North Jetty wall when we were heading out. May have been a better spot than we were fishing but I didn’t see anyone reeling them in. May try there next time.
I was thinking the spot run had already passed?
We always caught spots in November around Little River.
Yeah, I don’t believe it has passed yet. I’m no expert but I think it is still to come. Seems like we usually catch them end of October into November.
