The Spots are starting to run on the piers. The Reds are in the surf and some nice Pompano being caught. Reds on the oyster bars. Spanis on the piers, surf and nearshore. Mahi and Wahoo in the stream.

Hell yeah! Got to get my zebco re-spooled and get my 2 beaded drop rigs.
If you’re for real you fish a 3 hook bottom rig when the spot run is on!
Actually can produce some great fishing. Saw my dad catch a jack that went about 25 lbs from the surf once. School of jacks pushed the spots right up onto the beach, actually washing up into the sand trying to get away. This was at the OBX
