Redfish, some trout, a few flounder, lots of whiting in the surf. Most reliable -(Edisto Area) Sheephead around docks with lots of growth in 6-12 ft of water at low tide. Fiddlers, clams, oysters for bait.
Lots of species, depends on where you are going to be and where you are fishing.

You are kind of limiting yourself looking for that specific of conditions. It’s good to have plans A, B, C, etc. depending on weather and water condition. The topwater trout bite around my water doesn’t turn on till mid to late April on average.
We will be pounding the Cooper during Spring Break looking for redfish and trout. It is probably a little early for flounder, but some guys have done pretty well lately in the Cooper. Sheepshead should be still biting around structure. Good luck.
