Spring gigging?

Some friends are coming down from the upstate for the weekend and I was curious if it would be worth taking them gigging? Are there many flounder around and has anyone been doing any good at sticking them? Was planning on putting out of folly. Hoping the winds forecast will die down as that will make things tough on us
Any thought, suggestions, concerns, tips would be greaty appreciated!

Thanks!

I went out 2 weeks ago on Folly river and so far I plan on going this Saturday. The flounder were hit or miss. Got 1 19" and 2 17" ones. I missed a sheep and saw a few reds.

wore the spottail out last weekend, got three flounder. defiantly worth it for the spottail.

Thanks for the input, we tried it last night but the wind was whipping and made things tough. Came away with nothing but still had a good time
Will be at it again soon
