I’m selling a Springfield XD(M) 3.8 Compact chambered in 40 S&W.
This pistol is used but in great condition. It has been safe-kept and thoroughly cleaned after every use. It comes with it’s original hard case (lockable), lock, owner’s manual, test-fired casing and all of the original XD(M) gear (injection molded holster, three interchangeable back straps, double magazine holster, 1- 11 round compact magazine, 1- 16 round full size magazine, three magazine X-tension sleeves).
This package also includes 100 rounds of CCI Blazer Brass 180gr FMJ range ammo, 20 rounds of Liberty Civil Defense and 20 rounds of G2 Research R.I.P. personal defense ammo.
I am selling this pistol and the ammunition for $400. This complete kit sells for $450-$550 (minus the ammo) on Gun Broker.
While I do not personally possess an FFL and therefore cannot run a background check, I do require the buyer to fill out and sign a bill of sale, complete with personal information (name, address, phone number), serial number of the firearm, date of transaction and agreed upon price. This information will be entered into my ATF approved firearms log and kept in my safe. The sale is not final until myself and the purchaser have signed the bill of sale. I will provide a copy of the bill of sale for the purchaser’s records as well.
I live in Lexington and I would prefer to arrange a face-to-face meeting to complete the transaction as opposed to shipping to an FFL.
