The November SRFC Trout Tournament will be held this Saturday, November 13th. You can sign up on the website (http://stonoriverfishingclub.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=524&p=1143#p1143) or call Scott Beane at 442-6769 by Friday evening. Entry fee is $15 plus an optional $5 for the biggest trout, Scott will be doing a 2 fish aggregate weigh in. This is your last opportunity of the year to fish an SRFC tournament, so I encourage you all to participate, it’s a fun event!!
Also, the November SRFC Meeting will be held Wednesday, November 17th at the WAOMC. We will be doing a dock fishing tournament beginning at 5pm. Bring your equipment and bait and fish off the dock against other members, the biggest fish of any kind wins the pot. Entry fee is $5 per person. Also, we will be serving dinner at the meeting, please feel free to bring a side dish. In addition, the meeting will consist of round table discussions from some of the Lowcountry’s top fisherman. This is a great opportunity for you to gain some knowledge from charter captains, and local tournament fisherman.
Lastly, our annual Christmas party will be held on December 4th, it’s free for paid members and their families and $10 for guests. The club provides the BBQ and oysters, and it’s BYOB.
