Anyone have any experience in the area? Won’t have a boat or anything fancy but considering taking a rod down, getting a one day licenses and trying it. Never really fishing the East Coast of Florida much but would love any insight people have to offer.
What time of year? FLorida has ample wade opportunties unlike sc! any bridge or dock you wont sink up to your azz walking to and can catch mangrove snapper and such. Sheepshead are really easy to catch there as well. Google maps and research. Find a place to park next to bridge and wade through the mangroves. Trout, Redfish, Mangrove snapper, Ladyfish, Sheepshead, are abundant around. May even luck up into a snook!
