Wally, no good news here. As you know, we paid him well over $1000 for supplies to work on our boat and he never did a thing. He now refuses to return phone calls or text messages. I say all of us who have been screwed by this guy should pull together and show him what it’s like on a whole other level!!!

Does this fellow have a shop or place of business? Does he have a license? All of you get together and sue him or better yet pay him a visit en mass. If he hasn’t done any work and you haven’t paid him for it, just pick up your boat. Plenty of places to get them worked on around here. If you paid him something up front, oh well time to take it out of his ass then get your rigs and leave.

Sounds like, he is now going after Senior Citizens !
He got me bad when he worked for Inlet Boat Broker. He screwed up my through holes and didn’t do any of the work he claimed to do. When I confronted Nick the owner, he literally told me to **** off. It was either go to punches or get out of there. I have to much too loose to fight over $500 so I left.
Well, I am sick to death of this guy. Although I know I will never see the money we’ve paid him, I will make every effort to insure that nobody else falls for his scheme. This is the post I put on Craigslist… hopefully it will save someone the headaches we’ve had!

This man is a scam. He will take your money and run just like he has me and many others in the area. DO NOT buy into his scheme because he will promise you great work and seems really nice the first time you meet him. However, he will take the money you pay him upfront, disappear, and never do the work he promises or refund your money. By the way, if you check with the Dept. of Licensing on the licensing number he provided, there is no record of him having a contractor’s license or that number being assigned to any other contractor. Save yourself a bunch of headaches!

I contacted the Dept of Licensing since he foolishly listed a license number on the Craigslist post and there’s no record of him being licensed and the number he gave is bogus… Shocker!
I’m filing a complaint with their office in addition to the Georgetown County Magistrate’s office. We’ll see what they do, if anything!

Unfortunately, the list of victims is growing everyday!! I hate it for all of us. He is so d#*n convincing. I spoke with someone last weekend that said it best. It is not going to be one of us that got taken for over $1000’s of dollars, but some drug dealer he takes for $50 is going to split his head open. Like Wally, I have been with him for 4 years and trusted him with my livelihood. It is now over and he is going to have to run very far to get away from some of the people that are hunting him. Unfortunately, I got word today that he is going to be leaving Monday to head back north. So any of you that know his address better go get your revenge quick. Sucks to look back and realize he has been shoving it up my @$$ for the last 4 years probably!!!

I hear ya Doctor, West Marine is where I was referred from. I will tell Jason at WM that CF says it is not smart to recommend this person.I personally have not used this guy but I came really close to using him on some scupper trouble I was having. Man am I glad I didn’t go to him.

Love the alias Deputy Doc!! Of course you know where my boat is. No more blue boat!! Only green boat. Bank wanted the blue boat worse than I did. Not blaming Stan for my boat issues, but this summer, if the boat would have sunk we would have been very happy. Regardless of where my boat is, I hope that all of you are able to get your money back in some regards. It seems that the judges around here do not think that it is criminal to commit fraud against so many people.
