Killer deal. We get them cut there (1" steak) and then seal with the foodsealer. Haven’t cooked the ribs yet, don’t usually do beef ribs. I think a lot of people don’t understand that ribeyes come from standing rib roasts
I did two on the Traeger and they came out perfect. Next time I’ll buy more.
Cut one into steaks, they get cooked next weekend.
