Became a really tasty dinner for the wife and neighbor. Cooked the steaks very simply in the cast iron grill pan (if you don’t have one, get one, they are awesome). little lemon zest, salt, pepper, and a sprinkling of dry jerk seasoning. I have to say that was some of the best tasting fish I have ever ate. Made sure to save a steak for lunch today

just barely all the way. IMO it was cooked perfectly for how the wife and friends like. i quite enjoyed it as well
the steak i just ate for lunch i left partly raw and it was good too. meh to each his own

Certainly looks tasty! Sucks being allergic to fish!! At least I can still eat shrimp crab lobsters and oysters!
