Anyone here have the DC or combined unit? Any downsides?

I’ve had mine about a year now, no downsides I have found. Works great, especially being able to charge off the engine while running. I run a 24V trolling motor and often fish 3 days in a row without plugging it in to the AC, no problem so far. I don’t have the system to charge off the vehicle while trailering but would like to know more about what is involved with that setup myself.

I plan on living forever, so far so good

I had the full setup on my BW and the set up that would charge the batteries while you were pulling your boat on a trailer. I had the system on the boat for 4 years before I sold the boat and I think I may have plugged into ac twice. I also had a 24 volt system with a house and cranking battery. Danny at Stealth1 is awesome and will answer any question you may have. Best money I ever spent on my boat.

Hmmm. The PM is not in my outbox either.
I too live in CLT, fish CHAS most weekends, and was almost the buyer of a 167 from Frank over the last few months. Change of mind had nothing to do with Egret or Frank.
Was curious if the 167 was in CLT with the Stealth on board.

Great reviews, considering one for my 23 reg, tht has some great reviews.

As they say it is not a charger, just a battery manager.
