Stinger Boats?

Anyone have any information on Stinger boats (specifically the 16 SC, side console) I’ve seen quite a few of them around the creeks of Chas, but have been unable to find much online.

Anyone have any info on where they’re made, construction of the boats, general experiences, how they ride, etc.? Any and all info on them would be appreciated, both good and bad.

Thanks in advance.

Had a 16. liked it. Good little boat. They were made by the Newvilles in North Chas. Perfect for creek fishing with a trolling motor on the bow. Get one with a 60hp motor. 40 is a little weak for it.

Utilitarian creek boat. Great boat if you don’t want to care to much about scratches, dings, dirt. Just hose it down. Hull design tracks well but wet in chop (really no spry rails). Inner spray is quite thin. Easy to maintain and modify.

I added: eagle cuda 250 ff, separate bow anchor cleat and chalk, flush rod holder at stern deck, vertical plastic rod holders in side, fuse block under center console to get rid of inline fuses, 12v receptacle.

For the dollar, a good creek boat for me, kids, guests to use.

Btw, not made anyone.
