Someone who knows this stuff took it!!!
Theft is disgusting. We work 30 days to fish one, and spend countless hours preparing and dialing our stuff in.
This is huge loss to Rob and our team as we prepared for the South Carolina Wahoo Series.

If anyone has any ideas on the whereabouts of these items please message or contact me.
We will try to give some reward to the person who leads to the return of our gear.

To the person who took it… karma cannot be escaped.
If this stuff is dropped off at the marina, a major problem can be avoided

Please help by liking, sharing or reposting.
We are quiet people who do what we love

will keep an eye out

If we find the perps, I say we take them on an all expenses paid trip to the stream.

Im sorry to hear that. Ill be on the lookout around Bluffton as well. Which Marina were you at? No cameras?

That sucks. This wasn’t their first rodeo. I am assuming they were in a boat and pulled up alongside. I hope you find them and your gear.

I hate this for Robby and Tuna Hutt fishing team. These are excellent fisherman and amazing people. This theft was planned and its sickening to have it happen in their own back yard. The boat was on land at its home,BroadCreek Marina. Anyone with details or knowledge please come forward and help both sides here. This is a huge loss that no one deserves

Happened to me back in 2002 or so - about 10 days before a two week Bahamas trip.

It is brutal and I feel so sorry for you…

Good luck.

Keeping my eyes and ears open…and trying to learn.

I’ll be looking for some really good deals! But seriously thieves are the lowest of the low. Never leave anything of value in an open location. Had a brother some years back stopped at a restaurant for lunch and when they came out the boat was cleaned, broad daylight. People should watch out for each other’s stuff, even if you don’t know each other.

I will be on the look out in the Charleston and Summerville area?

I lost all TLD’s and Internationals - and picked up four Okuma 2 speed 50’s and have been happy with them… this was a lot cheaper than what I had. They have handled all the mahi, wahoo and tuna I could throw at them plus several blue marlins - so no complaints here.

In years since, I added three more Internationals.

Good luck with whatever you purchase.

Again, sorry for the loss.

Keeping my eyes and ears open…and trying to learn.

makes me sick, esp thinking how hard we work to get what we have. As bad as theft is please do not take the law into your own hands and let the police handle it if you find out who it is, i am speaking from personal experience, ended up costing me ALOT more money than my stolen items.

make sure to keep an eye on ebay. if the theives planned this and are experienced they either have non local buyers lined up or may seperate rods and reels and sell them individually on ebay. look for sellers with multiple listings of the items taken (i.e one auction for a rod, one for a reel) look for reels without line either as they may have stripped it off. also look for reels/rods with lower than usual “buy it nows” bc if its a hell of a deal they will move fast and the auction will not be posted long. you have prob already though of all this but i wanted to mention it bc it helped me in the past. hopefully they are not very bright and pawn them or make a mistake that allows them to be caught and prosecuted. good luck

wow man that sucks and something i always worry about but have not had happen yet knock on wood. hope you figure out who did it and use them as a fishing lure for sharks.

I know how you feel, I had my trailer stolen about 10 years ago on shrimping trip out of Charleston. I had just bought a new 18ft CC and trailer and was shrimping. Came back to landing late at night, friend pulled truck around with no trailer! I know how you felt, I was pissed!!! I had everything locked including lock on trailer hitch. They just unscrewed the nut off the trailer ball and moved it over to there truck. Ended up staying on the boat all night in the rain and next morning finally found new trailer. I think I ended up paying over 2k over trailer. Anyway, now I weld my nut to the ball on the hitch. Wanted to share so hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

So sorry to hear this. I hope you can get them back. Someone went through the dog door in my garage last month. They rummaged through the trucks and took a lot of change. What really got my is they stole my son’s four wheeler. Little guy was heartbroken. After that all doors got alarms and dog door gets locked every night. Seeing this I also added a little insurance to the rods I have now. They aren’t much but would still hate to replace them.
