Gentlemen. You sound like a bunch of nagging old women! I have fished with Courtland numerous times and can say he is a conservationist at heart. All you have to do is read some of his previous posts.
DA MOONS: I have no dog in this fight, but going off your history. It seems like you should be a little less critical of others. Considering you are the sheeps master you should know that a 10 or 11" sheep doesn’t even have enough meat to eat!!! I’m judging this off of your shoe size in the first set of pictures, so why keep them?

Better yet, look at the size of this trout you kept. The beer can is almost longer then him, and given the legal size limit it’s lucky you weren’t stopped!! Maybe you got a meal out of 20 of them.

You need boga grips on that one!! What’s up with all the snoop dog poses too? You put some spinners on the boat trailer, and 20’s on the truck?? You know what I mean, DOG!!!

The best thing about these public forums is everyone is entitled to an opinion, but sometimes you need to think about your past before jumping on someone’s back. Do I agree with the way the redfish were handled, maybe not. But, considering I know Courtland and Chris personally, I know they are conservationists.

Good to know you made it back safe in that junky contender with those outboards. Just be glad it was not a Mako with suzukies.

Do it Phin style. Avet with 100lb power pro and 200lb leader from the rod holder.

I only fight bull redfish from the rod holder like that … With the reel in low gear, I just crank them out. They float up on their side like scamps then.

that second red sure has some spots on him!
gorgeous fish.

PETA would take offense to that…
HAHAHAHA…old post but yet oh so still funny…that pic can go with almost all topics. I just crank as fast as I can on those so I don’t have to reel them all the way up…abt 50 ft I start working on the next fish while that one floats itself up!
Never caught reds in deeper than 20-30 ft though!
Nice catch…
